Meet Roy

Our founding attorney, Roy Camberg, is dedicated to providing individual attention to his clients. He is among a small percentage of lawyers who are board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Specialization. He is also board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Top Trial Lawyers in America.

Roy is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest possible rating for legal Ability and General Ethical Standards. He is routinely appointed by Judges in Harris and Galveston counties to serve as attorney and guardian as litems for minors and incompetent individuals. He is also appointed by Harris County Judges to serve as a Special Commissioner in condemnation proceedings.

Roy was born in South Africa, graduated from Bellaire High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with Honors, from the University of Houston Law School. He graduated in the top 20 percent of his class at each institution.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association, along with many other organizations.

An avid athlete, Roy has competed in several Ironman Triathlons and numerous marathons.
